What are your responsibilities as the business owner?

Everybody knows I work from morning to night, replying to more than 3000 messages every single day. I traverse the globe a lot, make speeches on a variety of events and large forums. That is, I’m not just the face of the project, but a real manager who actively takes part in all processes. But there is something to note – I don’t work alone. I have a big and powerful team, with some members of which I’ve been working in different projects for more than 10 years. They help me out a lot.

What sacrifices have you made to become an entrepreneur?

It’s a constantly opened laptop and two phones. Hundreds of chats and thousands of messages in LinkedIn, WeChat, Telegram, WhatsApp just for work. A lot of calls and conference meetings. So, I have no concept of weekends. I’m always available, no matter where I am – at home, on a holiday or business trip.

How are you currently marketing your business and what strategies are working and what isn’t?

Due to the virus COVID-19, I had to cancel a variety of my Road Shows, trips to huge summits in Hong Kong, Dubai, Moscow, Las Vegas and London where I would give speeches about the project. I’ve only managed to travel to Berlin and a famous magazine wrote about that:

Also, something to note is that we got 2nd place on an honorable rating platform – Hackernoon Top 20 promising blockchain projects in 2020. That’s why we decided to completely focus on online promotion. We have already negotiated with many bloggers, large communities, various media and in June-July are going to start our PR campaign in social networks and different messengers – Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat etc. etc.

What have been your most satisfying moments in business?

When it comes to automatism and starts to generate income and profit without personal intervention.

Tell us about a time where you had to take a risk in your business?

All entrepreneurs carry huge risks daily. No one is safe from ups and downs. Absolutely. For 20+ years I have created and invested in many projects. Not all projects were successful. I have lost my investment many times. But most importantly, during this time I realized how to recover my losses, how to go up again. It’s even more valuable than victories alone.

What advice do you have for aspiring entrepreneurs?
